Because our boxes are specially curated with pregnancy and postpartum care products — including personal and self-care items — we can only accept returns under certain conditions outlined below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unopened, unused boxes within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The box must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return at hello@firstkickco.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your box or an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll send a replacement or refund for the affected item(s) at no additional cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used boxes

Individual products from a box

Digital downloads or gift cards

Personalized or promotional items
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is received.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different box or product, please return your unopened item (if eligible) and place a new order.
