We are most well known for the First Kick Kits: thoughtfully curated pregnancy boxes designed to support you through every trimester and prepare you for birth with the essentials you’ll actually use and love. Sign up as soon as you find out you're pregnant, and let us take care of you from there. We'll send everything you need for each trimester of pregnancy and postpartum, so that you don't have to worry about any of it.

Hi, I'm Alexa, founder of First Kick Co.
When I first found out I was pregnant, I felt completely overwhelmed — between advice from the internet, doctors, family, and friends, it was hard to know what really mattered when it came to preparing for pregnancy and birth. Not to mention, I had a lot of anxiety around giving birth that I needed to work through. Over the course of my two pregnancies, I discovered tools, products, and knowledge that made me feel prepared and much more confident. Now I want to share them with other expecting moms.

Pregnancy and birth should be exciting — not stressful. That’s why I created First Kick Co., carefully curated pregnancy trimester boxes designed to support you every step of the way. Each box includes safe, mom-approved products that I personally used during my own pregnancies, so you can trust what’s inside and focus on the joy of welcoming your baby.

I’ve been blessed with two uncomplicated pregnancies and two unmedicated hospital births — experiences that taught me the importance of preparation, research, and faith. Whether you’re personally planning for an unmedicated birth or not, my hope is that First Kick Co. helps you feel confident, cared for, and ready for this beautiful new chapter.

Childbirth is sacred. I believe God designed us with incredible strength to bring life into the world, and even in the hardest moments, our bodies intuitively know exactly what to do. I'm grateful and excited to walk alongside you in your journey.
